Timing of breathing/bubbles/holding breath
Proper technique of all 4 competitive strokes (in this order): freestyle, backstoke, butterfly, breastroke
Diving
Water safety in pools and oceans, such as, what to do when tired, what to do when need help, how to roll on back during front float or freestyle, etc.
What does it cost to be awesome in the water?
All kiddo lessons are 20 min of private 1 on 1 teaching
$40 per lesson or
pre-paid packages are:
4 lessons for $155
8 lessons for $310
All adult lessons are 30 min of private 1 on 1 teaching
$55 per lesson
